Savage is the son of a painter / animator / director, Adam was a child actor, voicing animated characters that his father produced for Sesame Street. He played Mr. Whipple stockboy “Jimmy” in a Charmin commercial and a drowning boy rescued by the coast guard in the year 1985 music video for Billy Joel.
